Hey, my name is Lisa and I’m a twenty something healthy lifestyle enthusiast and IBS sufferer. My health has been on my radar recently as my IBS symptoms have gotten worse. This unfortunately has impacted my gym routine and eventually made me lose sight of my fitness goals! Wah!
